It is so wonderful to meet you!

I’m a mom to two amazing littles, and I've been married to my partner in crime for the past 16 years. I love being outdoors, listening to podcasts, and traveling.

I spent 15 years building a leadership career in higher education and worked as a communication teaching professor, training students and business professionals.

Was I grateful – YES!

Was my career aligned with the work I am meant to do – SOMEWHAT!

After wrestling with the idea of opening my coaching practice, I took a leap of faith and pursued my heart's calling.
